They are not knowledgeable or helpful and seem irritated that you even called. We've been trying to transfer ownership for a YEAR now. We adopted from a rescue who had the HomeAgain chip put in. Their website doesn't recognize the chip number, and good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone.
